• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
• Items returned after the 30-day return period
• Items without original packaging or tags

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. We will process exchanges for items that meet our return conditions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
